The Mathematics and Physics Department of the Second University of Naples was established in July 2012, in order to promote and coordinate research activity in mathematics and physics.
The research activity is divided into several projects: Algebraic structures and Model Theory, Finite and Galois geometries, Partial Differential Equations, Convergences for partial maps, Analytical and numerical methods for complex systems, Fundamental and applied Nuclear Physics, Molecules and Precision Measurements, Physics of complex systems, Environmental Physics
